CCS Visions is our powerful entry-level technical analysis and trading software. No other program contains the algorithms which will produce constant-depth channels of the type first described by J.M. Hurst and later by Brian Millard, or the cycles or the simulations.
The Millard Cycles algorithm will plot cycles of a nominal wavelength (channels are produced by a combination of cycles). Plotting two or three well chosen wavelengths will enable a view to be taken of future price movement which can confirm the result of channel analysis.
Channels are powerful predictors of future price movement. When prices approach the lower boundary the probability is high that the price will rebound upwards. When prices approach the upper boundary the probability is high that the price will rebound downwards.
Monte Carlo Simulations are a method of determining the probability of future prices reaching specified levels within a specified time period in the future. The Millard Simulation is a refined version of Monte Carlo which gives much more accurate results. It should be noted that such simulations do not yield a direction for future movement, but the combination of Channels, Cycles and Simulations gives an unbeatable prediction of the future.
